Independence — and data that is not for sale
SUCESSIA is a product of MEMORIAM LTDA, an independent Brazilian company with no ownership ties to the large artificial intelligence technology companies. We do not sell customer data and do not use it for advertising. When a service requires technology providers, they act only as processors, under contract and within the limits of our Privacy Policy.
Privacy by design
We collect only what is necessary for each purpose, explain how data is used and offer a direct channel for exercising the rights provided under the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018, Brazil). See the Privacy Policy.
Explicit authorization
No connection to third-party channels, accounts or systems is made without the authorization of the data subject or the responsible business, and every authorization can be revoked.
Separation between clients
Each client's data is logically segregated and protected by permission-based access control.
Responsible artificial intelligence
SUCESSIA's AI does not present itself as a licensed professional. Acts reserved to regulated professions are performed by licensed professionals.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you identify a possible security flaw, write to contato@sucessia.com.br with the subject “Security”. We ask that you not exploit the flaw beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it and that you not access third-party data. See also security.txt.
