These Terms govern the use of sucessia.com.br, operated by MEMORIAM LTDA (CNPJ 66.330.141/0001-80). By using the website you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Contracting SUCESSIA solutions is governed by a specific contract or terms, which prevail where specific.
2. What SUCESSIA is
SUCESSIA offers software solutions based on artificial intelligence. SUCESSIA's AI is not a person nor a licensed professional and does not replace lawyers, accountants, brokers or other regulated professionals. Where an act is reserved to a licensed professional, it will be performed by a duly licensed professional.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the website and the solutions lawfully, without: infringing third-party rights; attempting unauthorized access to areas, data or systems; introducing malicious code; abusive automated collection; or using the solutions for unsolicited communications (spam) or in breach of the policies of connected platforms.
4. Accounts and authorizations
Access to the solutions may require a personal, non-transferable account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the authorizations you grant, including the connection of third-party accounts such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, which may be revoked at any time.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated answers may contain inaccuracies. Relevant decisions must be made by you, and SUCESSIA solutions request your approval when appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
The SUCESSIA brand, visual identity, software and website content belong to MEMORIAM LTDA or its licensors. The data you enter remains yours.
7. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the website available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or external factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where applicable.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
9. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Lajeado/RS, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their place of residence.
