Data deletion instructions
How to request deletion, access or correction of your personal data.

Instructions
- Use the request form on the data deletion page (select "Exclusão de dados"), or e-mail contato@sucessia.com.br with the subject "Data deletion". Requests in English are welcome.
- Tell us the e-mail, phone or profile (for example on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook) through which you interacted with us or with a business that uses SUCESSIA.
- You will receive a request number. Keep it to follow up on your request.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before completing the request, to protect you against fraudulent requests.
- We will reply within 15 days. When the data is processed on behalf of a client business, we will inform that business and support it in fulfilling your request.
Connected Meta accounts: if you are a client business and want to disconnect WhatsApp Business, Instagram or a Facebook Page from SUCESSIA, you can remove access directly in your Meta account's integration settings or ask us to disconnect it. After disconnection, data received through that integration is deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law.
